China Rouge 紅伶 is situated inside Macau’s Galaxy Hotel. I have got to say I felt instantly in love with their design and concept, you will see below why this intrigued me so much as it evolved during the walk-in journey and even if these photos will be a bit of a spoiler, you have really got to experience it in real life to catch its vibe. It is created for Casino VIP’s and if you want to visit here the entrance fee will set you back roughly $500+ per person just to enter without drinks included. You might think it’s ridiculous and since I didn’t pay the $500 to get in this time therefore I am probably biased, but at the end of the day, this applies the same to visiting Top Clubs in HK. Some people can afford it easily and some don’t find it justifiable, but it’s horses for courses and personally I will be very glad to pay this not insurmountable entrance fee just to bring my friends and dates here.
China Rouge Entrance -

This is only the 1st entrance and I am already impressed. The design is obviously Chick Rouge red, almost sexy and alluring. This particular mosaic tile art piece is meant to represent one of four Oriental Beauties in the past. With slanty eyes of course as my foodie friend pointed out. Really exotic..

This looks like one of those Exotic Chinese Animated game characters - this is actually a real painting of a real model.

Not many people remain stationary in this section, out of the Hexagonal layouts here.
I think because the best is to come yet! But if you want more tranquility and to talk, I liked this space more.

I really like how they made each individual spaces to be an experience in itself.
I would so love to bring back a date to here 1 day..
This Bar is designed by Mr Ma Wing Shing 馬榮成,
One of the most prolific and famous Animation Artists in Hong Kong’s history.
Apparently this is his 1st and last ever designed piece outside of his usual animation field, just because he is great friends with Galaxy’s boss.. This was so Chinese based and is a narrative of the past Heroes in our history. So adorable to see this inside a bar in Macau. ~ 12/10

In the central hall of space, we discovered this performance stage with various singers and dancers. So intriguing indeed and you have to work hard to find your way through to the core space here.
Occult – Infused Lemon Leaf Vodka, Cointreau, Elderberry, Mix Berries $120
This was recommended by the staff and was the best drink for the night.
Some of the other drinks were too exotic and unbalanced for me though.. ~ 9/10
Molecular Espresso Tasting Cocktail –
It looked almost cliched, and I didn’t get to try it and with it’s molecular noodles strands.
Hope they are not trying too hard ..

Most of them decent and some carry a Chinese accent in a prominent way.
