This 1st Floor Cafe is part of an Advertising and Designs company, whose owners enjoy music, coffee and anything design related whether it is of architectural, clothing or industrial designs. And the interior layout here shows the effort they’ve put into creating this lovely half office, half cafe/boutique space. Although the need to press some intercom buttons and pass through 2 layers of securities first is a bit deterring, this is open to the public after you have signed in as a member. And the coffee is surprisingly very good.. (Their other specialty are the signature Hot or Cold Chocolate drinks..)

Caffe Latte -
Nice and chocolate caramelly sweet, topped with some latte art.
Milk was a little too cold this time, but otherwise enjoyable.
Some items are also for sale here. Lovely setting.
