This Japanese caffe sells coffee by day, and Shochu and Sake with food by night under a different name called 越後. The day time Coffee Barista makes his drip coffee with a Japanese accent, which is something I miss on the odd days I am not craving for 3rd Wave coffee.

Decent but not that exciting I heard but at least they took the effort..
Kenya Coffee AA -
Half way between being all wine like and Japanese brood force. This was not 3rd wave coffee but at least it was balanced. ~ 7/10
