HK Epicurus on HK Magazine - (Hong Kong)



Thanks to the vastly popular HK Magazine also found at online,  for the opportunity to express myself truthfully and speak out on what really tickles my fancies about Amuse-Bouches in town..   I am rather particular about this aspect of a dining meal.  You will see why during my explanation,  it really breaks and makes a great meal.   Having tried out some wonderful starters globally during this year,  I guess Pierre in HK was definitely worth a special mention, it was heads and above many other local restaurants in terms of thoughtfulness at night.

Following the success of last year’s virtual tasting (which was a first for Hong Kong!), this year will continue to feature some of Chile’s top drops and an opportunity to taste the new harvest.

    This exclusive event is a unique opportunity to virtually meet some of the region’s most distinguished wine makers, including Casa Silva, Lapostolle, Carmen, Emiliana and Santa Rita, as well as experience Chile’s unique Carménère taste.

    An intimate setting, the Peak Suite offers a lounge feel and views across Hong Kong Central – the perfect ambience to learn more about Chilean wine and enjoy a glass of some of the industry’s best among wine enthusiasts and lovers alike.
