Cathay Pacific x HYATT Hotel Group In-flight Meals until Mid 2017 - [ Part I ]

 Hyatt Hotel Group Globally is collaborating with both Cathay Pacific and Dragon Air,  to introduce some amazing in-flight meals on board the planes until middle of 2017.  Previously,  I have also experienced their cross-over meals with Hugo Restaurant from Hyatt Regency TST.  The 2016 period's 1st introduction of Hyatt inspired airline meals comes from Hong Kong Grand Hyatt Hotel's 港灣壹號 One Harbour Road,  designed by Chef Li Shu Tim.  Subsequently,  other meals will be inspired by New York Park Hyatt's The Back Room,  Chicago Park Hyatt's NoMI,  Milan Park Hyatt's VUN,  Toronto Park Hyatt's Annona and also Zurich Park Hyatt's Parkhuus until middle of 2017.

Chef Li, Introducing his Braised Abalone,  also the Beef Cheek dishes which can be eaten on board Cathay Pacific flights.   One Harbour Road dishes can be had on board until 31st August 2016, and after that there will be many more global Hyatt Hotel dishes.

Steamed Minced Pork Patties, Cuttlefish, Mushrooms & Water Chestnuts - 吊片馬蹄蒸肉餅 
I tried this dish and it was chunky with plenty of cuttlefish taste, and the portion is quite generous.

Wok-Fried Chicken with Fresh Green Pepper, Black Fungus & Wing Beans - 四角豆青胡椒木耳炒雞球




Premium Economy: 
Deep-Fried Mud Carp Fish filled with Pork, Dried Shrimps in Ginger & Spring Onion Sauce 家鄉煎鯪魚卷




Premium Economy: 
Stir-fried Scallop & Prawns with Thai Basil & Black Bean Sauce - 蘿勒豆豉炒海鮮蝦球帶子 




Business Class: 
Slow-cooked 5 Spice Beef Cheek with Summer Leeks and Turnip in Gravy - 紅炆銀蘿牛面額 






Wok-fried Prawns with Chili & Crab Meat Sauce - 蟹肉扒四川蝦球

There are also some Grissini Restaurant Italian dishes, as well as also Hugo's and The Chinese Restaurant dishes from Tsim Sha Tsui Hyatt Regency Hotel on certain Dragon Air flights, which will be another separate review after and equally exciting !
