Thanks to Hyatt Shatin for inviting us over for a Poolside BBQ. Even with a calm night on the weekend, we were impressed by the food here beside the warm pool. The Angus Steak was grilled well with aroma and I got at least a 2nd serving, since this was all you can eat for the meat section. The price is $498 per adult and $249 per children for 3-11 year olds.
Roasted Pork and Oysters -
The Roasted Pork is unlimited. The Oysters are charged accordingly separate.
Great for Pool Side Family Party, especially if you live nearer the New Territories -
The setting is quite cosy, this is something I am more used to on Macau side
Roasted Pork with Mushrooms Soup -
Both are refillable. I try not to give a rating as for some reason, I find these poolside buffet depend a lot on the Environment too!
Beef Steak BBQ Well to Medium-rare -
Lovely and unlimited servings. Also the side scallop.

Seafood Platter -
These aren’t part of the included buffet deal. They are ordered Separately.. 
Pool side BBQ -
Not bad for only $498 for this meat and seafood section unlimited! And the steak was excellent too and beat many proper Steakhouses
Parma Ham with Melon, Mozzarella Bocconcini Cheese and Smoked Salmon -
Part of the Buffet but you only get 1 serving
Macaron desserts, Cheese Cake, Chocolate Tart, etc..
This was satisfying as an ending finish. It had heart involved, and knowing Hyatt Regency Shatin is famous for their Honey Desserts and Apple Pastries too. Again you only receive one serving of this for the family of 4. I was thinking if this was enough desserts for the kids… But you get more Ice Sundae afterwards

Remember this Poolside Buffet is only available on the weekends and do book ahead if possible!
Also don’t forget the famous Shatin 18 Peking Duck restaurant lies just upstairs as an option too!
