It’s pretty strange because with so many new opening of Ramen shops and many pertain to be imported from Japan, not many are really that ‘Japanese’ Level Great. To the point sometimes I just give up trying.
The Wasabi Lemon and Sakura Ebi Prawn Vinegar -
These were actually quite complimentary on the Tsukemen itself…
Agedama and Seaweed -
Served on the side
Shoyu Ebi Tsukemen – $88
We did ordered both a Shoyu and Miso version. Both had Pork Tonkotsu base anyway, for some reason whoever opens a ramen shop in HK, can’t get rid of the pork part of the equation. May be they think we Hong Kongers somehow like the pork bit.
Overall -
I really liked this Ramen shop. It got everything covered, although their egg could be cooked better..
