Afternoon Tea at The Ritz-Carlton【Macau】- Lovely Service and the Food was Adorable too

 Since we were still a bit full from the day before,  mom and I decided to choose a place to eat later during the afternoon instead.  We actually came to this 51st Floor Macau Ritz-Carlton lounge before,  and this time we are keen to eat their tea set.  It certainly looks promising from the online photos..

2 Types of Scones with Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam -

The Browner colored one is not Chocolate based,  but surprisingly made from Darkened Caramel.  Ummm Nomm !

Smoked Salmon Toasts with Caviar -

Kind of like their round shape here..

Goose Liver Terrine on Brioche -

Neatly cut with the circular mould..

Truffled Brie Cheese -

This was quite cowy strong,  usually they are so pasteurized dull.  But this was really good today

Pretty Looking Berries Cheese Cake -

Pistachio and Jelly Tray Cake -

This looks a bit like the same item I ate in HK Ritz-Carlton's Godiva Afternoon Tea!

Mango Mousse Cake -

This was my Favourite sweet.  It's kind of sour appetizing 

2nd Round - Fried Maguro Tuna in Ponzu and Pickled Vegetables 

Actually they do have a top up round here to wrap up your Afternoon tea meal.  It's rather thoughtful indeed

A Strawberry Tartlet with a Springy texture -

Almost marshmallow like!  Not too sweet and quite a lovely finishing touch
