MO Bar Landmark Oriental [ Hong Kong ] - PDT Speakeasy New York Bar Pop Up until 31st January 2016

 MO Bar at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental,  Hong Kong,  is currently holding a PDT New York pop-up cocktail bar.  The location would have you surprised and it is not easy to land a table in this tiny hide-out space created inside the MO Bar.   The event will run until the 31st of Jan 2016,  and apart from the original New York Bar's cocktails,  you can also savor on some Artisanal Hot Dogs and Fried Potato side dishes.

Apparently this is only a Pop-Up,  so this space will disappear after the Event is over by end of Jan 2016.

Most cocktails around the $140 mark,  except for Blue Orangery which is $350 HKD.

Coffee Date - $140

Zacapa 23 Rum, Cold Brew Coffee, Lustau East India Sherry, Passion fruit puree,  Red Date syrup,  Heavy cream.   Not my drink but apparently this is the sweetest cocktail on the menu.

Butter 'em Up - $140

Bulleit Rye Whiskey,  Lemon Juice,  Benedictine and Apple Butter.  The taste is slightly spicy yet savory,  with a slight smokiness and citrus acidity.  Remember there's also the famous Hot Dogs with both original PDT and Hong Kong only versions!  Most Hot Dogs are priced at $118 each except the Black Truffled Frenchie option which is $188 from memory.

MO Bar definitely took Effort to recreate the same experience as in NYC,
right here in Hong Kong !
