西洋菜餐館 Seek Your Choice Bistro - [ Macau ]

Seek Your Choice 西洋菜餐館 is operated by a Chef who used to work in the Joel Robuchon group. He is pretty creative, and I noticed that he loves to put a lot of acidity into the dishes, which suits me well. If not overly much in every dish indeed.

Named after Watercress Vegetable! Also over the term of Western Cuisine..

Crab Meat Spring Roll Cigars - Dipped into Grinded Black Sesame

Crab Meat Bruschetta with Young Watercress - 

With a drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar on the plate.

Shaved Zucchini with Scallop, Onion Sauce, Balsamic Molecular Pearls - 

I must have this recipe a million times, but it is still satisfactory ^_^ 

Halibut Fish with Chorizo Sausage Broth, Mussels, Clams - With Bread

This was a good recipe and we soaked up the broth in no time. Personally speaking, it was a bit sweet and needed some more Salt. ~ 7/10

Grilled Outside Beef Skirt, with Shallot Red Wine puree, With Signature Taichi sauce, 

The Taichi Sauce with Mustard and Soy Sauce, needed more character. As it is, not many people can tell its designed that way. ~ 7/10

Orzo Pasta with Mushrooms - 

This was creamy and definitely Likeable. 

Tomatoes in a Vinegary Solution as a Dessert - 

Again, this showcases how a slightly Sour solution is part of the deal here.
